Who can HELP me up???

I just downloaded skype in the net, but when came to sign in to my account, it was just sucks... I just managed to make a call to my friend just now and then it turned all down... I don`t know what is happenning, it might be due to the window that I`m using not suitable or maybe my line here is slow... I really dont know what wents wrong... Really sad cant use it...
